Super Fly Customer Service
Super Fly probably does more inspections, repairs and repacks than any service center in the North America.  We love taking care of our customers and we take pride in doing the most comprehensive and thoughtful inspections, repairs and repacks in the business. We have a 2000 square foot service facility and the most advanced testing equipment available. Our technicians are factory trained and can usually process your equipment in 24 to 48 hours. We service all makes and models.

Repair Service : $50/hour
Super Fly take pride in doing manufacturer quality repairs. Whether you need a replacement line, a small patch or a full panel replacement; we can accommodate your needs and help you to get back in the air with the confidence that your glider is "as good as new."

Annual Inspection : $150
Our 115 point annual inspection is the most comprehensive in the industry. It takes 2 people over 3 hours to complete. We conduct a full porosity and fabric strength test, check line lengths and line strength, check risers for stretch and shrink, inspect each seam, check the fabric tear strength, confirm the integrity of each attachment point, clean out your glider and send it back to you with a two page report. We replace your main brake lines and additional line replacements are $20 each.

Reserve Repack : $55
We take reserve repacking very seriously. Each reserve is packed by Chris Santacroce who has been packing reserves full time since 1992. He is a BASE Jumper, Sky Diver and super avid paraglider. People throw reserves intentionally in his over the water maneuvers courses and he has probably seen more deployments than just about anyone. He is familiar with all makes and models, new and old. His keen eye for what tends to work and not work is your best insurance that you will have a reserve that will open well when you need it.
